Nestarick Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. is a real estate appraisal firm specializing in residential and commercial appraisals. We have been meeting the appraisal needs of North Central Pennsylvania for over 20 years. Our state certified appraisers and friendly staff provide reliable appraisals, quick turn times, and great customer service. To meet the needs of our clients, we service several counties and maintain a current sale database for each. We also use the most recent appraisal software and technology and keep up to date on changing market conditions.

We strive to maintain the highest standards in quality and ethical policies and our appraisals comply with USPAP as well as all applicable state laws. We are also a member of various local and professional organizations.

We are located in the Mercer Insurance building next to the Piper Aviation Museum near the Lock Haven Regional Airport.
